How to reach a person, and what to include so we can help quickly.

Email support@covalance.ai. Tell us your workspace’s name and what you were doing, and if an item went wrong, which one: its page has a timeline of every step. Please don’t send passwords or the keys of connected apps.

Premium plans get priority support.

Is Covalance working?

status.covalance.ai shows whether the app, email processing and the website are working, and any problem we’re working on.
