Plans, billing and the free trial
What each plan includes, how items and the AI budget work, and paying through Paddle.
Plans
Plans are priced per business, with your staff included. Prices are in US dollars.
- Free: 1 workflow, 50 items a month, 1 person.
- Solo: $19 a month, or $15 a month paid yearly. 2 workflows, 300 items a month, 2 people.
- Business: $49 a month, or $39 a month paid yearly. Unlimited workflows, 1,500 items a month, up to 10 people.
- Premium: $149 a month, or $119 a month paid yearly. Unlimited workflows, 5,000 items a month, up to 25 people, priority support.
Items and the AI budget
An item is one piece of work going through a workflow, such as one incoming email. When you reach your plan’s items for the month, new email isn’t processed until the next month; it stays in your mailbox, so nothing is lost.
AI usage is included. You also set a monthly AI budget under Settings → Plan and budget; if it runs out, Covalance keeps sorting but stops drafting until the next month. You can see what every step costs.
The free trial
New businesses try Business free for 14 days, then move to Free unless they choose a plan. Subscribing during the trial ends it straight away.
Paying, changing and cancelling
Payments go through Paddle, our reseller, which adds tax where it applies and emails your receipts. The owner subscribes, switches plan or moves to yearly under Settings → Plan and budget, and changes the card, sees invoices or cancels on Paddle’s page through Manage billing.
