What Covalance keeps, for how long, and how to download or delete it.

What happens to your email

Each business has its own isolated workspace. Your emails are never used to train AI models, and Covalance never keeps the content of prompts or replies in its logs: only ids, statuses, timings and costs.

Original emails are kept for 30 days; everything else stays while your workspace exists.

Downloading and deleting

Under Settings → Account, the owner can download the workspace’s data or delete the workspace. Deleting happens 7 days later, so a mistake can still be undone; then connections are revoked and every email, file and record is deleted.
